All basic business ads on Secret Classifieds are free to list.
Basic Listing
A free basic listing will run for 30 days, and can be renewed at any time. To place a free basic listing, fill out your ad details and choose ‘Free Listing’ from the ad packages dropdown menu. As soon as your listing has been approved, it will be visible on the website. In all cases, you will have the option to add up to five images to your ad listing, choose whether or not to allow the reviews module, and give out as much (or as little) information as you feel is necessary, but we DO insist that you fill in the ‘Area’ and ‘City’ fields in order that any prospective clients will be able to find you.
The benefits: Basic listings will be on a randomised rota for submission to social networks, which will contain a link-back to the listing on Secret Classifieds. NEW listings will be automatically submitted on publication, and will also contain your lead photo (provided that there is no overly graphic nudity)
Individual/Solo/Independent Ads – the free basic listings are for genuine advertisers looking for free exposure, and are limited to ONE listing per advertiser. Any free listings found to be duplicated will be removed without notice.
Agencies/Directories/Phone-Chat/Webcam Ads – the free basic listings are for genuine advertisers looking for free exposure, and are limited to FIVE listings per advertiser. This will be increased to TEN listings in the case of adding one of our banners to your website links page.
There are also a few enhancements available:
Featured Listing
Featured Listings appear above the basic listings on a site search, and in the Featured Listings slider at the top of the page. Featured Listings are FREE with a backlink from your website (see the banners below). To take advantage of this offer, pick up one of our banners, or add a text link BEFORE placing your ad, and do NOT tick the Featured Listings box. Click on the dropdown menu item Featured Listing With Backlink and post your ad. We will then Feature your ad for free upon verification! If we have not featured your ad within 24 hours, let us know where your backlink is situated and we’ll feature it as soon as possible.
The benefits: As basic above, plus – Featured listings will appear in the main listings slider at the top of the page, and in the Featured Slider on the homepage, plus you will be entitled to publish TEN listings of your staff.
Sponsored Listing
Sponsored Listings are now granted if you PAY for a Featured Listing, ie at £10 per month. In the case of agencies and directories, your staff listings will be increased to 20, and these listings need to be relisted by yourself every month.
The benefits: As Featured above, plus – Sponsored listings will appear in our Sponsors Slider on every webpage
Headliner
In addition to being automatically FEATURED and SPONSORED, a HEADLINER listing will appear randomly in the main website header and also randomly in every individual advertisement. This is the ultimate promotion that we can offer, and is available to PAID LISTINGS ONLY. You will automatically be granted a Headliner listing on receipt of your payment of £30/month or £99 for 6 months for a Sponsored listing. Whether you wanted to supply your own banner or if you wanted us to create one for you, is completely up to you, but please note our headline banner dimensions below if you wanted to submit your own.
The benefits: As FEATURED and SPONSORED above, plus – a position on the HOMEPAGE slider, a rotational banner on every page header and listing (shared with other Headliner listings), and a ‘sidebar showcase’ advert on all pages.
Banner Submissions
A website banner submission is granted following communication with the Secret Classifieds office.
The costs for these transactions are £20/month or £120 for a full year.
Payments at present for banner submissions are only accepted via BANK TRANSFER and the payments are non-recurring.
The benefits: A prominent position for your website banner in the banner rotation tool, and a home-page placing in the ‘sponsored banner submissions’ section.

All listings published on Secret Classifieds are accepted in good faith, and it is assumed that images, text and other content posted to the listings are owned by the individual advertiser concerned. Any dispute arising from content used in listings should be reported to the webmaster.
